  Yes, using bluetooth

• Question: Can the ps4 set connect to a windows 10 desktop ia usb and function?

  I believe you have to purchase a Bluetooth dongle for them to work on PC unless your pc has built in bluetooth

• Question: How do i update firmware without mac or pc. all i have is a iphone and ipad air

  We're in the same boat. Have had them less than 3 weeks and they aren't working already. App says an update is available, but I don't have pc or Mac either so I guess they're getting returned.

  Yes. I do not have an X-Box and these babies work swimmingly with my PC.

• Question: I have buddies on playstation, does the bluetooth work well with the ps app so when we cross play on cod i can join their party?

  I’ve never tried cross platform party chats but the audio shouldn’t be a problem on your end. I have no idea on the network issues maybe if everyone is in game chat shouldn’t be a problem

  Yes but it comes with a short cable I use the cable that came with my Xbox elite controller and charge while I play sometimes.

• Question: Does this headset feature good surround sound like its predecessor? I do not see it advertised like it is with the Stealth 700 gen 1.

  Not quite as good as the wireless headset I replaced that used Dolby 7.1 surround (worked well with Atmos as well), but the 700s are still pretty damn clear and deliver a remarkable, almost distractingly good 3D surround experience.

• Question: Will this works in windows 10 - specifically with a sirface?

  only with the xbox one wireless adapter OR if you connect them via bluetooth

• Question: I bought this headset and the sound will sometimes cut out on me. Can this be fixed through an update? If so, will they come out with an update?

  I had the same problem and also did an update and unfortunately it worked for awhile but the problem occurred again and I was still under warranty and returned for a new one and I haven't had the problem since.

• Question: Is there a way to set it to where you can hear game sound only and not game chat like you can with other turtle beach headsets

  Yes game chat and game have independent volume

• Question: Why can I hear game audio and video audio fine but can't hear my friends in party chat or hear myself talk via voice message?

  Try messing with the app on your phone yet? Or adjusting the audio of your friends in the party chat? Maybe you have the game audio up all the way and party audio low on your wheels on the headset?

• Question: After you charge it how long does it last for game play?

  Says 20 hours straight. I don't game that long straight. It hasn't died on me yet. Charge it every other day right now. I game like 3-6 hours a day with them no problem.

• Question: Can this headset connect to two bluetooth devices (pc and phone, not xbox) at the same time? can it mute mic in calls or online meetings?

  No it cannot!

• Question: I have bought this bad headset and it comes with alot of issues like sound suddenly will start goes and come + disconnected suddenly and reconnected

  Mine does this as well. Im unsure just what the cause is honestly. I had to replace the first round with it..cane out the box DOA. This one was working ok with the series x. Then around the 3rd firmware update started to cut the audio out mid game causing the whole game to freeze or crash(COD Cold war usually) I literally went through it a hr ago. I'm going to TB to get a replacement I guess. If the issue continues I will just look into a different headset with more reliability. Sorry it's not a actual answer.

  What do you think? Box says xbox its green and there's a whole seperate one made for playstation with blue accents on box.

• Question: Does anyone have a sound distortion problem /crackling sound and sound cutting in an out ive had these about a week now and i think im gonna return th

  From my experience with the Series X, because some headsets use bluetooth via the xbox proprietary bluetooth connection there can problems. This is because the controller connects to the xbox via the same bluetooth connection so it's like they fight sometimes. Also I don't have as good of range with headsets that connect directly to the xbox without a dongle. I'm currently searching for a good headset with a dongle, because I do not want my controller and headset to fight. My Steelseries 9x connects the same way and I'm getting rid of them. Also if you walk away, the xbox will get confused and disconnect both the controller and headset and force you to hard reset your xbox just to be able to reconnect them. So done resetting my console every night.

  yes. It even says "works with new xbox" on the box.

  There are actually a lot of these in stock. You are looking at Amazon's stock only. Unfortunately Amazon does not have stock but they are not allowing other seller's have the buy box. You have to choose "see other sellers" and you will see there are many options to buy from right now. These are in stock in Amazon, so you will receive as fast as you would if Amazon themselves was selling.
