- Question: my home office is on the porch off my deck, could I walk outside with no call quality loss?
Answer: YES. I can leave my phone in the back of the house and walk to the front yard without any loss.
- Question: Is this compatible for cordless phones?
Answer: It can connect to two devices at the same time ( 2 cellphones, one pc with a cellphone ect.) If your cordless phone supports Bluetooth then you should be good.
- Question: Can the headset be charged while listening to it (i.e.-through a USB charging cable)?
Answer: Yes with a USB cable. Have done it.
- Question: is the usb doggle included?
Answer: Yes. It is, and quite cleverly stored in the small bag for the headset behind a zippered pouch. As an FYI, even if you 'can' get the headset to pair with either PC or Mac, it is recommended to use the USB dongle as increases functionality (advanced features). However, if you have MacBook or no USB port, it works very well BT direct.
- Question: Can it be used while charging
Answer: Yes. I just did a call with the USB cable connected for charging. NICE to be able to do that when the battery is very low..AND have it ready for another call without the USB later. LOVE this headset
- Question: How do you use this headset on plane, watching films? No jack connector...
Answer: Indeed, it does not have jack connector. As much as I like this headset, it is not a good choice for in-flight usage. The best option is noise-cancelling headphone like Bose QC-25 (or buy QC-15 at Costco if you are looking for cheaper version). Focus UC noise-cancellation is OK for office, but no match for plane engines. Also it is less sturdy in case you fall asleep. (I own both Focus UC and QC-25, each one is great for the specific scenario.)
- Question: Do you know if this compatible with avaya one x agent?
Answer: Yes, it does work with Avaya One X Agent.
- Question: can you use this with a POTS / regular copper phone line / jack?
Answer: I don't believe so. It has to be blue tooth to a device that supports blue tooth.
- Question: What travel case do you recommend for the Voyager? Thanks!
Answer: I only have the "soft case w/ zipper" that my Voyager came with. It's not bulky and slides into my Tumi roller laptop bag very nicely, and seems to protect it with ease. If I used a hard case similar to my Bose Headphones, it would be too much for me! Good luck with your choices.

Answer: Voyager Legend is a smaller one-ear headset.
- Question: Do you know if this heaset support aptx low latency bluetooth codec ?
Answer: No, it does not support AptX codec. It does support Wideband Stereo over bluetooth.
- Question: How does this sound when playing pc games and voice chatting?
Answer: For conference call the sound and microphone quality are excellent. Although it does have noise cancelling, it doesn't work as well as other, higher priced, noise cancelling headphones, you can still hear some background noise filtering through, but it is reduced, than when the noise cancelling is off.
- Question: Does this seemlessly integrate with Cisco IP Communicator?
Answer: Hello, cisco spark(teams), jabber video conferencing, and Skype.
