• Question: How long is the cord?

  170 inches long. 

• Question: With Rosetta Stone, can you hear the computer through the headset? I can only get the microphone to work.

  Yes. You may want to double-check your computer's sound (output) settings, as well as the volume and mute controls on the cord of this headset. And then sometimes the software has its own volume control too. So there may be 3 things to check volume levels on, to make sure you can hear the source properly. 

• Question: Do they work with a Chromebook?

  Yes, I had to buy them 4 months ago for my son's school who uses Chromebook. My 8-year-old son says they work well. 

• Question: When speaking, can you hear your voice through the headphones?

  We use it for Rosetta Stone and no, we can't hear our own voice 

• Question: I see it has a mute option, but will it mute the microphone or the earpiece?

  It will mute the microphone. 

• Question: How is this adjustable? I don't see any adjusters on the headband piece.

  The headband adjusts where it connects to the headphones. You can extend and retract it from there. 

• Question: I ordered the headphone AC-5002A and it is not working with my docking station that has a separate input for mic and headphone?

  Answer 2It is a USB device so the dock’s mic and headphone jacks shouldn’t matter. That’s hard to answer without more information, but try connecting directly to the laptop as a start. If that works, your dock is the problem. Check the UAB drivers for it. If that doesn’t work either, it could be an issue with the headset or it could be a problem with the operating system.

• Question: Does this work for Nintendo switch lite

  It should work anywhere you plug in headphones with a USB. 

• Question: Am I able to use these to speak into and it turns to text on my computer?

  Yes, this headset should work in conjunction with any speech-to-text application. 

• Question: Can the microphone boom be rotated to use on the left or right ear?

  The mic is attached to the earpiece marked "L". However, it can be rotated vertically and the headset can be turned so that the mic can be on the right side of the mouth. I hope this helps. 

• Question: Can you swivel the microphone up out of the way when not in use?

  Yes, you can swivel the microphone into the "up" position to have it out of the way when not in use. 

• Question: Is it a 3mm cable with a USB adapter or is the cord a straight USB cord?

  Hello and thank you for your inquiry. This headset features a cord-to USB connection, with no 3.5mm audio jack. 

• Question: how do I use the microphone?

  Check your audio settings on your computer; then make sure you don't have the mute button on.

• Question: Will these work on an iMac desktop computer with an old (version 10.11.6) or x el Capitan operating system?

  Yes if it has a USB 

• Question: windows 8 compatible?

  Yes. But lean in and get windows 10.

• Question: Does this work on zoom calls?

  I use this headset for the free Google Voice calls - and it works great. I am just guessing here, but I would think this headset would also work well for Zoom call. 

• Question: The microphone on the headset is not working with the Babbel language learning app. I am not sure if this is an issue with the headset or the app.

   Thank you for your inquiry. We have not been asked this question before and have not tested a USB Splitter with this headset, however, we have no reason to believe that it would not work perfectly fine

  Yes

• Question: Is there an adapter I can use to connect the headset to my iPhone 12?

  Hello, we cannot guarantee that an Apple Lightning to USB adapter will work with audio. If you were to purchase our AC-5002 model (same look with a 3.5mm instead of a USB) you can purchase an Apple Lightning to 3.5mm Headphone Jack adapter. 

• Question: Can this work with the video software?

  Yes 

• Question: Does the mute button mute you in videoconference apps as zoom or teams?

  Yes, it mutes everything!

• Question: Will these work with ring central VOIP? We have customer service reps that need them to make and accept calls.

  Hi, I’m not sure what you mean by “ring central” but I have VOIP at work and we use the 8x8 app on the computer. It works well. Also, It’s the sturdiest headsetnive has so far. 

• Question: Do you have to order something else to use to plug the headset into your PC?

  This headset should work on your PC so long as it has a USB input. 

• Question: Are these over the ear or on the ear?

  I don't really understand your question. They sit on your head and covers your .ears
