• Question: Will this work for Xbox 1?

  They will work for both counsels but the BLUE ones are better suited for the PlayStation and the GREEN ones are better suited for Xbox 

• Question: Are the chat volume and game volume separate?

  This headset is not what you're looking for. The features on this headset only allow you to hear yourself talk and master vol. To control chat from game vol, you would need to run the fiber optic cable from the receiver to your ps4/5/pc which this does not have. I would suggest the Stealth 700 if you are leaning towards the Stealth series.

• Question: Will these work with the Nintendo switch and switch lite?

• Question: I have both a ps4 and Xbox series x how do I connect these to the Xbox?

  If you have the blue one it’s strictly for PlayStation. Not Xbox. You’ll have to get the green one for Xbox. 

• Question: Does this headset feel like it's squashing your head

  This was squashing my head, I put on my old headset and it was a relief 

• Question: Can you use two of these in the same house without interference?

  I do not see why not. 

• Question: Do u have the static problem still with these headsets for the ps5

  I don’t have the static problem on the PS5 anymore. However, sometimes it doesn’t connect and I have to turn off the headset, remove the dongle, turn the headset on again, and connect. 

• Question: Can I purchase a warranty?

  No. And if you could, why would you... Purchasing warranties is the biggest scam ever.

• Question: can you use them as regular headphones? like listening to music through Bluetooth?

  yes for the 700, no for the 600 

• Question: The Gen 1 reviews cite poor long-term durability. These advertise more robust construction. Does there at least appear to be a genuine improvement?

  The Gen 2 seems ok in durability so far. The issue I'm having over the Gen is the echoing I hear in the headset compared to the Gen 1. I still prefer Gen for streaming and talking to others. Gen does have a nice sound to them. I hope turtle beach can figure how to get rid of that echoing I don't know what they changed but it's a big change and one I don't prefer.

• Question: Does the Playstation version work on PC?

  While not designed for use with a PC, this headset's transmitter can be connected to an open USB port on a PC for use. 

• Question: Can I see the charge level of the headphones on my PS5 or my pc?

  No, It does not, but it does make a sound when the battery runs low. It will stay on for approximately 1 hour with battery low noise.

  Yes just need to pair it. The new version is also PS5 compatible

  Products purchased as new would be covered for a period of one year. Products purchased as refurbished through Turtle Beach would be covered for 90 days. For products purchased as used/pre-owned; you need to reach out to the seller to find out your warranty terms.

• Question: If I turn off the microphone will the sound start coming out of the tv? or do I need to unplug the dongle to get sound back to the tv on this model?

  If you disengage the mic, the sound will continue to go through the headphones. Sound will not return to the tv until you remove the USB key from your speaker or another device. 

• Question: Can you buy the USB transmitter from the manufacturer

  I believe you can don't see why they would not sell replacements. 

• Question: No separate controls for game and chat volume, but that is just on the headset itself, correct? Can't I just make that adjustment on the console?

  From my experience, the controls on the headset adjust the volume 

• Question: What is the difference between the mode on these? How do the modes change the sound?

  Below that lower volume dial, there is a Mode button. Pressing this will allow you to cycle through the headset's four EQ Presets, which are detailed below:

  3. Bass + Treble Boost 

  4 . Vocal Boost 

  You click the button to change modes; the number of beeps tells you which of the 4 modes you are on
• Question: Does this one (the blue one) work for Xbox or is it specific for ps?

  The following information is for the Stealth 700 Gen 2 model. This device is specifically made for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5*, and Nintendo Switch. A 3.5mm connection to a DualShock 4 or DualSense controller, or a connection using the included USB transmitter dongle, is required for PlayStation use. On a Nintendo Switch, the use of the included USB wireless transmitter dongle is required in TV mode, and a 3.5mm cable connection is required in handheld mode. An XBOX One X/XBOX Series X version is made specifically for use with those systems but does not include a USB transmitter dongle, or 3.5mm port, making it incompatible with Nintendo and Sony PlayStation consoles. Both models have Bluetooth so that you can connect to your phone, and take phone calls as you play, or use the Nintendo Switch Online app’s chat feature if you’re playing online on a Nintendo Switch with this model.
